Editorial Policy

Peer Review Process

All submitted papers will be processed through a formatting review by the editor and a substantial review by reviewer. The reviewing process is conducted by a single-blind review. The reviewers are chosen by an editor based on their expertise. The decision regarding article publication is based on the review result.

Participants must complete the conference fee payment within the specified timeframe to secure their participation in the event. Participants will be charged based on the recommendation given by the scientific committees alongside the participant’s agreement. Payment of article processing will be informed once the final notification of the publication platform is released.

Authors must submit their papers through the system. Please note that we don’t accept submissions by email.

Plagiarism Policy

All submission in ICESD 2025 is checked for plagiarism check using a similarity detection tool (e.g., Turnitin). Manuscripts exceeding the acceptable similarity threshold (generally <20%) will be returned to the authors for revision.
